After a defensive mix-up in JUVENTUS F.C's zone, Edgard Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Milha's goalkeeper Cauan Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doni Luz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Bezerra in the 22nd minute of play forced Milha's goalkeeper Cauan Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, one of Milha:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Milha. In the 25th minute there was a penalty for JUVENTUS F.C. Júlio Guimarães stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cauan Pereira. 2-0. Cauan Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doni Luz in the 30th minute. André Luís Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Recife came free, but Luís Fernando Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fernando Sá having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Doni Luz made a precise shot to the right of Cauan Pereira. Milha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renan Urbano to strike the kick off in the second half. Cauan Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Bezerra in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Henrique Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Maciel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luís Fernando Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Maciel in the 61st minute. André Luís Recife struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, JUVENTUS F.C's Nestor Bezerra got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vivaldo Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
