Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Valdomiro Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarantan AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Goiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Guto Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualter Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percy Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Percy Paraense made a precise shot to the right of Gualter Paraíba. Guarantan AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 22nd minute, one of Guarantan AD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guarantan AD. If Guto Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tolledo FC booed when Guarantan AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Guarantan AD got a freekick which was hit by Beto Pena. Guto Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gualter Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Percy Paraense in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualter Paraíba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Percy Paraense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualter Paraíba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Tolledo FC's Almir Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Percy Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavinho Paraibano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gualter Paraíba. Guarantan AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Tolledo FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Délio Freitas made the kick off in the second half. If Guto Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Paraense in the 56th minute of play forced Guarantan AD's goalkeeper Gualter Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Percy Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualter Paraíba having to interfere. Guarantan AD's Gualter Paraíba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Guarantan AD from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Paraense in the 73rd minute of play forced Guarantan AD's goalkeeper Gualter Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Freitas in the 76th minute of play. Percy Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Gualter Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Guarantan AD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tolledo FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tolledo FC.
