In the 34th match minute, Limirio SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Martins to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Limirio SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nildo Fantini came free, but Rafa de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Limirio SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafa de Mendonça should have stopped the shot. The Limirio SC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vagner from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
