Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexandre Lara took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Durvalino Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acácio da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hudson de Senna in the 16th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes morcego got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Koehler. Acácio da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. With an all-out effort, morcego's Eugênio Antunes threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anderson Carneiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Acácio da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson de Senna in the 30th minute of play. Eugênio Antunes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anderson Carneiro in the 31st minute. Acácio da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Augusto de Queiroz in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Rogério Macedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Acácio da Mata skillfully saved the ball. Luciano Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Antunes having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anderson Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. Acácio da Mata made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Hudson de Senna sent off a good shot on target. Quatorze were furious when Fernando Barros was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quatorze fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! In the 59th minute there was a penalty for morcego. Belchior de Senna stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eugênio Antunes. 1-0. Acácio da Mata came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Quatorze's Hudson de Senna. But to his dismay, Hudson de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hudson de Senna got free with Acácio da Mata in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, morcego's goalkeeper Acácio da Mata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hudson de Senna. Manolo Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hudson de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio da Mata having to interfere. Hudson de Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Acácio da Mata made a huge save. In the 97th minute, morcego's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hudson de Senna fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Quatorze's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
