José Maria Pontes scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Caco Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dinei Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Denílson Gaúcho came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Baronesa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denílson Gaúcho couldn't finish the play. After 19 played minutes Sons of Anarchy FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Viana. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Gaúcho in the 27th minute of play forced Sons of Anarchy FC's goalkeeper Caco Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Dinei Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sílvio Botelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 33 minutes, José Maria Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baronesa's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Maria Pontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson Gaúcho in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caco Cavalcante saved Sons of Anarchy FC from getting behind. Edmílson Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Sílvio Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Baronesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Baronesa's zone, Edmílson Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sílvio Botelho came out of the goal and Edmílson Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sílvio Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Madureira in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmílson Montenegro made a kick off. Edmílson Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Botelho having to interfere. A hard shot 56 in the game by Edmílson Montenegro from a close distance when the talented Sílvio Botelho managed to make a qualified save. Baronesa's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Dinei Madureira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sílvio Botelho was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. José Maria Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Denílson Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baronesa's Denílson Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th match minute, Baronesa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Guilherme Lira to maneuver through the defense. The audience cheered loudly when Emanuel Freire's long shot in the 97th minute became 1-4 when the ball went to the left of and passed Sílvio Botelho. When the match was over Sons of Anarchy FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Baronesa throughout the match.
