After a rather tough play, De Sá Esporte Clube's Laerte Brasil got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, De Sá Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Beppe Basso came free, but Aírton Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Bartosz Bendyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Luís de Azevedo was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Aírton Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aírton Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beppe Basso in the 29th minute of play. Aírton Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Segundo's Saverio Barbosa in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saverio Barbosa to make the kick off. Aírton Arósio was a little too slow when Beppe Basso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 3-2. Saverio Barbosa's late challenge caught a De Sá Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Saverio Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilson Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aírton Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Segundo made a substitution. Duda Vidal replaced Renatinho Veiga. Aírton Arósio was a little too slow when Beppe Basso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 3-3. Aírton Arósio made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Saverio Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Aírton Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, De Sá Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Aírton Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saverio Barbosa. Segundo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Sá Esporte Clube the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Duda Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramiro Souza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for André Luís de Azevedo. Segundo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. De Sá Esporte Clube's Aírton Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beppe Basso in the 86th minute of play. If Olavo Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, De Sá Esporte Clube's Aírton Arósio got control of the ball when Saverio Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Segundo booed when De Sá Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saverio Barbosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Aírton Arósio when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
