Guaranesia's Jonas Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Mazza in the 29th minute of play. Ademir Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Tasso in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Netto in the 32nd minute of play forced Guaranesia's goalkeeper Jonas Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4ever's Ademir Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save 4ever from getting a goal against them. Jonas Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Netto in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Willian Netto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murillo Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Barral having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Víktor Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 4ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Víktor Netto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Víktor Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Willian Netto came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the 4ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willian Netto couldn't finish the play.

In the 54th minute, Evandro Paraense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaranesia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Willian Netto scored to the left of an out of position Jonas Barral, making the score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Guaranesia's zone, Willian Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Barral came out of the goal and Willian Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cláudio Favoretto hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A collision led to Guaranesia getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pedro Nascimento hit a great ball. Jonas Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Favoretto in the 79th minute of play. Víktor Netto might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Barral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Víktor Netto ran back to his position shaking his head. Víktor Netto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Barral having to interfere. Murillo Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jonas Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 4ever's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Willian Netto in the 91st minute.
