Osvaldinho Freitas came out of the goal and Víktor Schmidt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Telmo Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldinho Freitas having to interfere. Yan Araújo was shown his second yellow card after 62 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 63 played minutes Ahu Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Yan Araújo. Luís Fábio Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Potunduva's Luís Fábio Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldinho Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fábio Melo in the 74th minute. In the 85th minute, Telmo Quintal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 93 minutes, Víktor Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
