In the 4th match minute, Warnow AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute, Caetano Gerber fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ulisses Paraense, passed just outside the right post. Teodoro Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulisses Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Gerber in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Caetano Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comercinho EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Gerber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulisses Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute Caetano Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Hoffmann in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Warnow AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Warnow AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Caetano Gerber fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Róbson Bezerra during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Róbson Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The supporters of Comercinho EC booed when Warnow AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulisses Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Xavier in the 22nd minute. Caetano Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Warnow AD. In the 43rd minute, Caetano Gerber made a precise shot to the right of Ulisses Paraense. Warnow AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Teodoro Xavier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulisses Paraense having to make a save. Teodoro Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulisses Paraense having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Gerber in the 60th minute of play forced Warnow AD's goalkeeper Ulisses Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Warnow AD defense, Teodoro Xavier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulisses Paraense. The Warnow AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulisses Paraense should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute Teodoro Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulisses Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caetano Gerber in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulisses Paraense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Teodoro Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caetano Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaltino Brito in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulisses Paraense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caetano Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulisses Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Xavier's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Teodoro Xavier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Comercinho EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. There was no doubt that Comercinho EC were the better team. Comercinho EC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
