A collision led to Heliodora getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Bruninho de Souza hit a great ball. Luís Fernando Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Cabral having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tiros's Ezequiel Moura got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Dionísio Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Mumbach's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Dionísio Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Mumbach in the 25th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Tiros got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Rezende. After 27th play minutes Manuel Mumbach shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Dionísio Bueno and just under the crossbar into goal. Tiros's Dionísio Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Mumbach in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Tiros getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Zacarias Bittencourt hit a great ball. Manuel Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Mumbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dionísio Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Heliodora got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Nunes. Manuel Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tiros players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Heliodora were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Fernando Nogueira to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Vale in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Cabral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th match minute, Heliodora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Brasil to maneuver through the defense. Renatinho de Lara, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The long shot by Ricardinho Brasil in the 60th minute really tested Dionísio Bueno's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dionísio Santos struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Dionísio Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heliodora. With his leg Dionísio Bueno managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Heliodora's Manuel Mumbach fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fernando Nogueira in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Dionísio Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionísio Bueno having to interfere. If Dionísio Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionísio Santos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Dionísio Bueno 84 minutes into the match. If Manuel Mumbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heliodora played a much better game than Tiros and deserved their victory. The Tiros players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
