Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, Bela Vistense's Felippe Quirino got control of the ball when Allan Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geovanni do Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Maciel's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitório Severo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovanni do Vale saved XV de Piracicaba from getting behind. Geovanni do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Maciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, XV de Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Vitório Severo came free, but Geovanni do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vitório Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Felippe Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Hernani de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match Hamílton Meireles sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geovanni do Vale skillfully saved the ball. Geovanni do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Severo in the 33rd minute of the match. Geovanni do Vale came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Bela Vistense's Vitório Severo. But to his dismay, Vitório Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Pedro Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Vitório Severo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitório Severo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Vitório Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni do Vale having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in XV de Piracicaba's zone, Vitório Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovanni do Vale came out of the goal and Vitório Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Maciel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Pedro Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bela Vistense's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Maciel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Adriano Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitório Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Geovanni do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Magno Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Ademir Barros in the 75th minute really tested Geovanni do Vale's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 77th minute Allan Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felippe Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Isaltino Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Régis de Moraes struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Felippe Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XV de Piracicaba. Vitório Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 played minutes XV de Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Rodrigues. Bela Vistense's Pedro Maciel got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vitório Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni do Vale having to interfere. Geovanni do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Severo in the 90th minute of the match. Pedro Maciel scored 0-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovanni do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 94 played minutes XV de Piracicaba got a freekick which was hit by Durval dos Santos. Bela Vistense played a much better game than XV de Piracicaba and deserved their victory. The XV de Piracicaba players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
