With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Dracena in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson Diniz saved Enseadinha AD from getting behind. After having played for 68 minutes, Rômulo Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Bull Pelotas-RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 69 minutes, Dráusio Fontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enseadinha AD and the Red Bull Pelotas-RS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dráusio Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Luís Fábio Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
