Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Rafa Amaral successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frédson Almeida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafa Amaral having to make a save. Enrique de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute of the match Toninho Tande sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chiquinho Nascimento skillfully saved the ball. Lino Novaes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Frédson Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roma F.C.'s Rafa Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Roma F.C. from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Almeida in the 41st minute of play forced Roma F.C.'s goalkeeper Rafa Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Frédson Almeida made the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafa Amaral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frédson Almeida in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafa Amaral saved Roma F.C. from getting behind. Rafa Amaral didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Batovi's Enrique de Amorim shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute.
