Team One's Germano Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Sergipano in the 9th minute of play. Paleomano's Fernandinho Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaldo Teixeira in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Team One's goalkeeper Germano Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão Soares. Fernandinho Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Sá in the 17th minute of play. Reinaldo Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fernandinho Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Team One's Germano Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Brasil in the 24th minute of play. Germano Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Sergipano in the 28th minute of play. Luís Fernando Sá struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Fernandinho Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team One. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fernando Sá in the 31st minute of play forced Paleomano's goalkeeper Fernandinho Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Paleomano got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Amaral. 36 minutes into the match, Falcão Soares notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Team One's Germano Leão. Germano Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reinaldo Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandinho Carneiro having to interfere. Josef Riddle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernandinho Carneiro having to make a save. Fernandinho Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fernando Sá's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Team One's Reinaldo Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

If Reinaldo Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Germano Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With an all-out effort, Team One's Fernandinho Carneiro threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Christoffer Oftedal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Germano Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Luís Fernando Sá's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Fernandinho Carneiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fernandinho Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caio do Vale's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Edu Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Paleomano defense, Josef Riddle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernandinho Carneiro. The Paleomano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandinho Carneiro should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute, Falcão Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes of play, Team One's Josef Riddle made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernandinho Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Team One's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
