Flávio Vasconcelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 6 played minutes Flamingos F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Pinho. In the 7th minute of the match Edinho Mandrak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Percy Simões showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jerônimo Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando de Senna in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Luiz Fernando Correia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Amaral. Pro Hits FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Fernando Correia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, Flamingos F.C's Percy Simões got control of the ball when Flávio Vasconcelos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Pro Hits FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Correia came free, but Jerônimo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pro Hits FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Oséias Britto hit a great ball. Jerônimo Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando de Senna in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Pro Hits FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Correia came free, but Jerônimo Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st match minute, Flamingos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói Massa to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Flávio Vasconcelos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jerônimo Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando de Senna in the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Flamingos F.C booed when Pro Hits FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léo Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerônimo Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half Flamingos F.C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armando de Senna to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Fernando Correia in the 52nd minute of play forced Pro Hits FC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando de Senna struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Jerônimo Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flamingos F.C. 59 minutes into the game, Armando de Senna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jerônimo Amaral. Armando de Senna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Edinho Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Percy Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilton Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Edinho Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pro Hits FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edinho Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Percy Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fernando Correia got free with Jerônimo Amaral in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pro Hits FC's Jerônimo Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando de Senna in the 84th minute of play. If Flávio Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Armando de Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerônimo Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Fernando Correia went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.
