Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Damião started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute David Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Tande having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Itanhum SC's goalkeeper Daniel Tande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Mumbach. Valdemar Freitas charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemar Freitas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Itanhum SC's Valdemar Freitas got a free kick in the 14th minute. Jacinto Mumbach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If David Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Itanhum SC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Valdemar Freitas hit a great ball. Jacinto Mumbachs short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Daniel Tande to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Daniel Tande managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Felicidale's Jacinto Mumbach fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Itanhum SC were furious when Narciso Paes was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When Enio Mota came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Itanhum SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enio Mota couldn't finish the play. Daniel Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Damião in the 46th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Itanhum SC got a freekick which was hit by Enio Mota. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Natã Paulista made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Enio Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itanhum SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enio Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vladimir Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th match minute, Itanhum SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Tavares to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Felicidale's zone, Natã Paulista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimir Massa came out of the goal and Natã Paulista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd match minute, Itanhum SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Mota to maneuver through the defense. Natã Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Valdemar Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th match minute, Itanhum SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Mota to maneuver through the defense. Natã Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vladimir Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Felicidale's goalkeeper Vladimir Massa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natã Paulista. In the 95th minute, Natã Paulista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felicidale were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Itanhum SC for a fine match.
