Itapoa's Didi Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel de Moraes in the 11th minute of play. Manoel de Moraes scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Didi Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caio do Nascimento in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Didi Cavalcante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Manoel de Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Didi Cavalcante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Itapoa's Didi Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manoel de Moraes in the 27th minute of play. Didi Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caio do Nascimento went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Didi Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio do Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Caio do Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Cavalcante having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Itapoa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Peres to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, West Ham United FC's Marcelinho Perez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Didi Cavalcante came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in West Ham United FC reached it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso de Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Narciso de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Didi Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manoel de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso de Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Caio do Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Didi Cavalcante made a huge save. Manoel de Moraes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. In the 92nd minute, Itapoa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Caio do Nascimento fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Caio do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. West Ham United FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
