Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dedê Sarmento kicked off to start the match. Dedê Sarmento took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaldo Coelho. Reinaldo Coelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 24 minutes in the game Armando Almeida did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Frédson Coelho. The supporters of Cambalacho F.C booed when Chopim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Coutinho in the 32nd minute of play forced Chopim's goalkeeper Agostinho Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaldo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Serginho Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Coelho having to interfere. Reinaldo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Caco Hames took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Reinaldo Coelho. Cambalacho F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th minute Roger Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agostinho Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frédson Coelho to strike the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Coelho stood somewhat misplaced when Dedê Sarmento came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 54 minute. Chopim's Agostinho Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Coelho in the 57th minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Cambalacho F.C's Vânderson Velasco made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Agostinho Palmeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Caio Galvão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reinaldo Coelho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Vânderson Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaldo Coelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedê Sarmento in the 76th minute. Armando Almeida's late challenge caught a Chopim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cambalacho F.C's Armando Almeida got a free kick in the 80th minute. Dedê Sarmento spun around in front of the goal 83 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cambalacho F.C's goal. If Dedê Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, Cambalacho F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Almeida to maneuver through the defense.
