Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jacinto Azevedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jacinto Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Zé Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Lucas struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Zé Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snacth Clube. After a rather tough play, Snacth Clube's Kaká Netto got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ronaldão Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesinha Quadros having to make a save. In the 19th minute, Jacinto Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Zé Amaral. EC Souza´s's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Cesinha Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jailson Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jailson Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Quadros having to interfere. Ian Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Zé Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Azevedo in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Amaral saved EC Souza´s from getting behind. Jacinto Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Amaral having to interfere. Jailson Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cesinha Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Lucas had several of the EC Souza´s's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Zé Amaral as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jailson Goiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Ian Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. EC Souza´s's Zé Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Azevedo in the 57th minute of play. When Snacth Clube's Jacinto Azevedo in 60 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Zé Amaral guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jacinto Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Azevedo in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zé Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Snacth Clube's Ian Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ian Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Zé Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game Ian Lucas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EC Souza´s's Zé Amaral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. EC Souza´s's Zé Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Azevedo in the 85th minute of play. Gugu Velloso charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gugu Velloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Gugu Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in EC Souza´s's zone, Ian Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Amaral came out of the goal and Ian Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Lucas in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Jacinto Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldão Leme's late challenge caught a Snacth Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldão Leme helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to EC Souza´s getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ronaldão Leme hit a great ball. Kaká Netto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zé Amaral. EC Souza´s's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Snacth Clube had played much better football throughout.
