Peressato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Dracena didn't quite understand what happened when in the 86 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 90th minute, Anísio Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natã Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doriva Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.E. Peressato walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
