Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Michel Bueno made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Laerte de Castro sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Helvetia's goalkeeper William do Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Dadá Ortiz made a precise shot to the right of William do Nascimento. Helvetia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laerte de Castro got free with Michel Bueno in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Helvetia's Dedê Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel Bueno. That made the score 2-1 after 22 minutes of play. In the 26th match minute, Helvetia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the match, Helvetia's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Ortiz came free, but William do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score was 3-1 after a penalty in the 37th minute, where Helvetia:s Guto Gerber tricked city park:s Michel Bueno with a difficult ball by the left post. Michel Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Benjamim Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. city park's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamim Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William do Nascimento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dedê Mendes made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Dedê Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Bueno came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Helvetia's Laerte de Castro. But to his dismay, Laerte de Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Michel Bueno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laerte de Castro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After 76 played minutes city park got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Quintal. Dedê Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedê Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. city park's Michel Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê Mendes in the 89th minute of play. Faustão Abreu hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Helvetia's Guto Gerber tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Dedê Mendes made a precise shot to the right of Michel Bueno. city park's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1.
