Vânderson Berger came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Soneca AC's Bruno Mumbach. But to his dismay, Bruno Mumbach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 12 minutes of play, Soneca AC's Dawid Dziatkowicz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vânderson Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Peixoto got in the 15th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Vânderson Berger handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Soneca AC's Sidney Tepedino got a free kick in the 18th minute. Dino Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes, Sidney Tepedino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soneca AC and the Itaperu AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sidney Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Itaperu AD's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Mumbach came free, but Vânderson Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Bruno Mumbach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soneca AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Vânderson Berger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dawid Dziatkowicz's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Vânderson Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Dziatkowicz in the 32nd minute of the match. Itaperu AD's Vânderson Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Mumbach in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Qädim Bucesta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vânderson Berger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Dziatkowicz in the 37th minute of play forced Itaperu AD's goalkeeper Vânderson Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Bruno Mumbach notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Itaperu AD's Vânderson Berger. Vânderson Berger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oswaldo da Mata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dawid Dziatkowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vânderson Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vânderson Berger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dawid Dziatkowicz went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Itaperu AD's Oswaldo da Mata suffered a sore thigh after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After a rather tough play, Soneca AC's Sidney Tepedino got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute Bruno Mumbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Qädim Bucesta struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Vânderson Berger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soneca AC. If Bruno Mumbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
