Spectators: 5011 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guto Leme took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrique Hermes got free with Vladimir Freitas in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulysses Falcão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Afonsinho da Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cléberson Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Vladimir Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guto Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Henrique Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vladimir Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guto Leme struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Vladimir Freitas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcões. 25 minutes into the match, Iavarete's goalkeeper Vladimir Freitas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Hermes. If Basílio Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fellipe Saraiva hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Afonsinho da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Barbosa in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulysses Falcão in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonsinho da Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guto Leme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimir Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Ulysses Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulysses Falcão to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Iavarete's Ulysses Falcão got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Vladimir Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guto Leme went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Basílio Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Cléberson Bastos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falcões's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iavarete the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Falcões was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléberson Bastos to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Iavarete's Adrianinho Dante tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ulysses Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Iavarete's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Hermes came free, but Vladimir Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladimir Freitas came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Falcões's Guto Leme. But to his dismay, Guto Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 82 minutes of play Falcões's Cléberson Bastos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Cléberson Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Henrique Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Falcões's goalkeeper Afonsinho da Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basílio Barbosa. Afonsinho da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 94th match minute, Falcões was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Silva to maneuver through the defense. Adrianinho Dante came free in the 96th minute and tried to tip the ball over Afonsinho da Silva, but to the joy of Falcões's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out.
