Ezequiel Brasil came out of the goal and Tiago do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, Collina EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Lira to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cauan Andrade's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Virgil Neacsu scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Américo de Amorim hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Fabiano Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Bernardinho Vianna charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardinho Vianna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardinho Vianna hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ezequiel Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ronaldão Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Collina EC's Júlio Barbosa got a free kick in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ronaldão Quadros made the kick off in the second half. Ronaldão Quadros struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Fabiano Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Collina EC. In the 54th minute, Bernardinho Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Collina EC defense, Cauan Andrade kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Brasil. The Collina EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Brasil should have stopped the shot. Collina EC's Ezequiel Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Neacsu in the 87th minute of play. Cauan Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Brasil having to interfere. Ezequiel Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgil Neacsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Collina EC's Ezequiel Brasil got control of the ball when Américo de Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matheus Mumbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Virgil Neacsu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel Brasil was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
