When Ricardo Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Tubarão Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Araújo couldn't finish the play. After 82 played minutes Litoral EC got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Godoi. After 85 minutes of play, Litoral EC's Antônio Godoi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edson Pontes hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Tubarão Futebol Clube supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Litoral EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Litoral EC.
