Goiaz's Luiz Fabiano Salgado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Facção Capixaba F.C's Téo Sophian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Luiz Fabiano Salgado made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Téo Sophian sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute, Kazım Mengücek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Fabiano Salgado. The goal made the score 3-0. 31 minutes into the game, Kazım Mengücek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luiz Fabiano Salgado. Kazım Mengücek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Téo Sophian scored 5-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fabiano Salgado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Téo Sophian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Renato Gaspar hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Téo Sophian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Luiz Fabiano Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Fabiano Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazım Mengücek in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Goiaz's Luiz Fabiano Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazım Mengücek in the 80th minute of play. If Agostinho Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Michael Skytt managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Goiaz's Agostinho Rossi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Facção Capixaba F.C's Michael Skytt got control of the ball when Agostinho Rossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Facção Capixaba F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Brodel to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Facção Capixaba F.C fully deserved thier win.
