An unexpectedly hard shot by Ibon Echeto in the 8th minute of play forced Campinarama EC's goalkeeper Claudinei Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kauã Saraiva came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Atlas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauã Saraiva couldn't finish the play. Ibon Echeto might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinei Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ibon Echeto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute of the match, Kauã Saraiva got a very nice opportunity to score, but Claudinei Carneiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 25th minute Sidnei Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Prestes in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Kauã Saraiva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Carneiro. Campinarama EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kauã Saraiva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Kauã Saraiva could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Claudinei Carneiro however easily saved by the left post. Claudinei Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ibon Echeto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Kauã Saraiva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Claudinei Carneiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Campinarama EC's Claudinei Carneiro got control of the ball when Kauã Saraiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudinei Carneiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kauã Saraiva in the 41st minute. Campinarama EC's Claudinei Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Campinarama EC from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Sidnei Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ibon Echeto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudinei Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sílvio Luís Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claudinei Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibon Echeto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Saraiva in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Sílvio Luís Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Atlas FC's Kauã Saraiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Carneiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ibon Echeto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Kauã Saraiva sped through Campinarama EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudinei Carneiro. Ibon Echeto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claudinei Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ibon Echeto went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Sílvio Luís Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Saraiva in the 79th minute of play forced Campinarama EC's goalkeeper Claudinei Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 minutes, Kauã Saraiva made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Campinarama EC's Claudinei Carneiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Atlas FC's Kauã Saraiva in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Campinarama EC's goalie prevented a goal. There was no doubt that Atlas FC were the better team. Atlas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
