Celso Dantas hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Conceicao's goalkeeper Baumer Teran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juvenal Moraes. In the 31st minute, Juvenal Moraes made a precise shot to the right of Baumer Teran. Conceicao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Daniel Pinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baumer Teran having to make a save. Conceicao's Baumer Teran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Conceicao from getting a goal against them. If Belmiro Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baumer Teran came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Viradoura's Juvenal Moraes. But to his dismay, Juvenal Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Baumer Teran came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Viradoura's Belmiro Carvalho. But to his dismay, Belmiro Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Rodrigo Abraão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juvenal Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baumer Teran having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Viradoura got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Zanette. In the 75th minute Daniel Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baumer Teran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renatinho Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro Chaves in the 78th minute of the match. Baumer Teran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Belmiro Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
