In the 7th match minute, Descoberto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Pirani to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segio Tijera in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Diniz in the 18th minute of play forced Socanelas FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arthur Arósio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauro Britto went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Kauan Vieira hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Descoberto's Gilson Proença got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arthur Arósio came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Socanelas FC's Segio Tijera. But to his dismay, Segio Tijera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Victor Hames charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Hames the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Hames kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Segio Tijera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Descoberto's Arthur Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Descoberto's Victor Hames got a free kick in the 54th minute. Segio Tijera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Arthur Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Victor Hames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Descoberto's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Britto came free, but Arthur Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Segio Tijera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Socanelas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segio Tijera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segio Tijera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arthur Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Britto in the 79th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Victor Hames in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Socanelas FC's Kauan Vieira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segio Tijera in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lauro Britto in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Arósio saved Descoberto from getting behind. The supporters of Socanelas FC booed when Descoberto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Hames didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Socanelas FC's Segio Tijera in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Socanelas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Descoberto had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
