The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Augusto Eger got free with Cesinha Faria in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Tiago Bastos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cesinha Faria, 1-0. Conrado Veigas short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Cesinha Faria to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Maneco FC's Tales Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tales Campidelis in the 20th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Maneco FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdo do Nascimento. If Norberto Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tales Paulista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Campidelis in the 25th minute of the match. Maneco FC's Tales Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Guilherme Tasso in the 38th minute of play. Cesinha Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Bastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Luiz Guilherme Tasso charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Guilherme Tasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fioduardo FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. After 43 played minutes, Maneco FC's Ramón Ferreira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cesinha Faria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maneco FC reached it. 44 minutes into the game, Luisão Alvarenga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maneco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fioduardo FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Maneco FC's Luisão Alvarenga got a free kick in the 44th minute. When Tales Campidelis came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Fioduardo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tales Campidelis couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tales Campidelis was the one to do the kick off. Norberto Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Paulista having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Fioduardo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Bastos came free, but Cesinha Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Veiga scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesinha Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62nd minute, Ramón Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Bastos scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesinha Faria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cesinha Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Orlando França sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maneco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
