An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Pombal in the 35th minute of play forced Jatimana EC's goalkeeper Juarês Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the game, one of Jatimana EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Sílvio Luís Santana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juarês Porto was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. The supporters of KaMiKaZe FC booed when Jatimana EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarbas Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, KaMiKaZe FC's Gláuber Mineiro got a free kick in the 75th minute. That made the score 0-6 in the 92 minute of play. The Jatimana EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KaMiKaZe FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
