In the 15th match minute, MUVUCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necmi Güleç to maneuver through the defense. Frank Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Paes in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Paes in the 23rd minute of play forced MUVUCA's goalkeeper Frank Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Daniel Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Paes took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Mattos. Frank Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Diego Di Felice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nelsinho Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes, MUVUCA's Jardel Carneiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nelsinho Mello came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MUVUCA reached it. With an all-out effort, MUVUCA's Nelsinho Mello threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Diego Di Felice, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When MUVUCA's Diego Di Felice in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santa Fé F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Benjamin Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nelsinho Mello having to make a save. Frank Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Paes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celsinho Proença could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Frank Mattos made a huge save. Celsinho Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Mattos having to interfere. Diego Di Felice took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nelsinho Mello. Nelsinho Mello dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 86th minute of the match, Daniel Paes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Frank Mattos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 90th minute Mathias Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Diego Di Felice's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nelsinho Mello was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
