Spectators: 6499 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1035, VIP seats: 40) An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Pires in the 19th minute of play forced Ubaia's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chucky booed when Ubaia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Burgess didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Luar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Eusébio Arruda fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cássio Pimenta, passed just outside the right post. 30 minutes into the match, Chucky's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Arruda came free, but Cássio Pimenta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Soeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Eduardo Quadros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tony Soeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Luar in the 38th minute of play forced Ubaia's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Tomás Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Eduardo Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ubaia's Juan Varela got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 46 played minutes Ubaia got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Arruda. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dário Pires made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Chucky's Tony Soeiro got a free kick in the 58th minute. Percy Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Juan Varela was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. Chucky's Edmílson Motta was substituted for Percy Alves. Juan Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Ubaia's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Pires came free, but Luís Eduardo Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Luar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Quadros having to interfere. Luís Eduardo Quadros made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Tomás Luar sent off a good shot on target. Dário Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Luís Eduardo Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chucky played a much better game than Ubaia and deserved their victory. The Ubaia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
