Erik Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Vito Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Américo Nascimento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OnePieceFC and the Lagarta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes OnePieceFC got a freekick which was hit by Américo Nascimento. OnePieceFC's Erik Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Américo Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. OnePieceFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Américo Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vito Bertassi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When OnePieceFC's Erik Cosme in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lagarta's goalie prevented a goal. Vito Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renatinho Faustino was slow to take the kick. During this time OnePieceFC's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Lagarta booed when OnePieceFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Américo Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Lagarta's Vito Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guga Matos in the 51st minute of play. When Américo Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the OnePieceFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Américo Nascimento couldn't finish the play. OnePieceFC's Américo Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guga Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a left leg Vito Bertassi saved Lagarta from getting behind. Jaime Pernambucano's late challenge caught a OnePieceFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaime Pernambucano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lagarta's Jaime Pernambucano got a free kick in the 74th minute. Erik Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Américo Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, OnePieceFC's Guga Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vito Bertassi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vito Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erik Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Bertassi having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Guga Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vito Bertassi was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Américo Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Vito Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The OnePieceFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the referee ended the match the OnePieceFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
