Váldson Varela came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcos de Moraes slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, dorizonense's Cipriano Cearense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dieguinho Ramalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for dorizonense.
