Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Pé de Canna F.C's Elias Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doni Melo in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Edinho de Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pé de Canna F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Edinho de Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Rosado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elói Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Pé de Canna F.C's Serginho Guedes in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Serginho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes of play, Pé de Canna F.C's Serginho Guedes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Rosado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute Vladko Cherepov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Doni Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Pé de Canna F.C's Serginho Guedes in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cavalaria's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Waldemar França hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Edinho de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Cavalaria got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Toli. A collision led to Cavalaria getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Nelson Tinoco hit a great ball. Hernani Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Elias Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaberto Gipuzkoa took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elias Silveira. Elias Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 73rd minute Vladko Cherepov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serginho Guedes in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matheus Rosado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Serginho Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serginho Guedes in the 80th minute of play forced Cavalaria's goalkeeper Matheus Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nelson Tinoco fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavalaria's protests and gave Nelson Tinoco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Cavalaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Kaká Trancoso fired a really elegant long shot, but Matheus Rosado threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. After 94 played minutes Pé de Canna F.C got a freekick which was hit by Elói Leite. After having played for 96 minutes, Serginho Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pé de Canna F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serginho Guedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pé de Canna F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
