The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivo Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AftThugBoat FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ivo Vergílio hit a great ball. Mário Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Varela in the 12th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Erasmo Cordeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Juniors GO and the AftThugBoat FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors GO's Erasmo Cordeiro got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes, AftThugBoat FC's Pedrinho Quadros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mário Souza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AftThugBoat FC reached it. AftThugBoat FC's Ademir das Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Sarmento in the 29th minute of play forced Boca Juniors GO's goalkeeper Mário Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sílvio Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mário Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The AftThugBoat FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when AftThugBoat FC's Sílvio Varela looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boca Juniors GO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedrinho Quadros was slow to take the kick. During this time AftThugBoat FC's players had a chance to rest. AftThugBoat FC's Pedrinho Quadros was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mário Souza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bianco Serra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mário Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Varela in the 64th minute of the match. With his leg Mário Souza managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when AftThugBoat FC's Ademir das Neves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Oswaldo Sarmento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Mário Souza made a huge save. The supporters of Boca Juniors GO booed when AftThugBoat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Varela in the 75th minute of play forced Boca Juniors GO's goalkeeper Mário Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience held their breath when Niculae Lăcătuș in the 78th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rodriguinho da Silveira's left hand side. When AftThugBoat FC's Sílvio Varela, in the 96th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for AftThugBoat FC. After 97 played minutes Boca Juniors GO got a freekick which was hit by Bianco Serra. Mário Souza made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Ademir das Neves sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AftThugBoat FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
