Dráuzio Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Lago in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saire's goalkeeper Dráuzio Loyola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Saire's Vítor Silveira got a free kick in the 13th minute. Cícero Dante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dráuzio Loyola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Cícero Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iraty Sport Club's Cícero Dante came free and shot a quick shot against goal 26 minutes in the game, fortunately Dráuzio Loyola had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Natã Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dráuzio Loyola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Aguiar to make the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Iraty Sport Club's goalkeeper Silvinho Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manuel Sanches hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Setara in the 54th minute of play forced Iraty Sport Club's goalkeeper Silvinho Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cícero Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráuzio Loyola having to interfere. Silvinho Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Setara, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Saire's goal looked a bit too open when Natã Lago came free, but Dráuzio Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iraty Sport Club's goalkeeper Silvinho Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 79 minutes of play, Iraty Sport Club's Natã Lago made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dráuzio Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvinho Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Setara in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Iraty Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. Saire's Dráuzio Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero Dante in the 91st minute of play. Dráuzio Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Lago in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Iraty Sport Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
