The audience was convinced that Manfredo Leme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabiano Donato was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Rapador's Renatinho Mendonça slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Gustavo Alagoano. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Baixo's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Mendonça came free, but Luiz Gustavo Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Renatinho Mendonça notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Baixo's Luiz Gustavo Alagoano. Luiz Gustavo Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabiano Donato was a little too slow when Manfredo Leme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-1. 85 minutes into the match, Baixo's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Mendonça came free, but Luiz Gustavo Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Gustavo Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Mendonça in the 88th minute of the match. Renatinho Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Gustavo Alagoano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Luiz Gustavo Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Mendonça in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
