Adrianinho Queirós blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kiko Munhoz having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, Crissiumal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Queirós came free, but Kiko Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, THOMAZ FC's Adrianinho Queirós nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kiko Munhoz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hernani Britto made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Rafinha Vides sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Adrianinho Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Kiko Munhoz. Crissiumal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 19th minute, Hermínio Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Crissiumal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrianinho Queirós came free, but Kiko Munhoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, THOMAZ FC's Hernani Britto got control of the ball when Rafinha Vides tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, THOMAZ FC's Dagoberto Brito got a free kick in the 36th minute. Kiko Munhoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrianinho Queirós's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Hermínio Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Kiko Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kiko Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Queirós in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Hermínio Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58thth minute of the game Adrianinho Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crissiumal FC's Kiko Munhoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rafinha Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafinha Vides in the 63rd minute of play forced THOMAZ FC's goalkeeper Hernani Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrianinho Queirós got free with Kiko Munhoz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusébio da Mata struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Kiko Munhoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THOMAZ FC. With a little luck, Crissiumal FC's Kiko Munhoz got control of the ball when Eusébio da Mata tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hermínio Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Kiko Munhoz managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when THOMAZ FC's Adrianinho Queirós fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 76th minute, Dieguinho Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Hermínio Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THOMAZ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermínio Paraíba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute of the match, Adrianinho Queirós tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kiko Munhoz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kiko Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Queirós in the 87th minute of the match. Kiko Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Queirós in the 90th minute of play forced Crissiumal FC's goalkeeper Kiko Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, THOMAZ FC's Adrianinho Queirós ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kiko Munhoz. Kiko Munhoz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandrinho de Castro during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match was over THOMAZ FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crissiumal FC throughout the match.
