In the 13th minute, Vágner Monteiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marajazinho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With his leg Dênis Arce managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Aimin's Gino de Queiroz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Percival Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Percival Mineiro struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Dênis Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aimin. Marajazinho's Dênis Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino de Queiroz in the 66th minute of play.
