When Doni Couto came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Pantax Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doni Couto couldn't finish the play. Paralso SC's Cleiton Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeu Valle in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Paralso SC's zone, Romeu Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleiton Cordeiro came out of the goal and Romeu Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paralso SC's Cleiton Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Silva in the 12th minute of play. Renato Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Ortiz in the 14th minute of the match. The Pantax Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Pantax Esporte Clube's Doni Couto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tiaguinho Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiaguinho Porto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romeu Valle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleiton Cordeiro having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Doni Couto took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cleiton Cordeiro to make any attempt to save it. Doni Couto struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Cleiton Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pantax Esporte Clube. Cleiton Cordeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeu Valle in the 36th minute. César Leão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cleiton Cordeiro. Paralso SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Moisés Batista struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Renato Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paralso SC. In the 45th match minute, Pantax Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Couto to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dadá Silva to strike the kick off in the second half. Renato Pitta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moisés Batista in the 52nd minute. Dadá Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Cleiton Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerson Matos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Cleiton Cordeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeu Valle's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Renato Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeu Valle took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleiton Cordeiro. Cleiton Cordeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dadá Silva in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleiton Cordeiro saved Paralso SC from getting behind. 77 minutes into the match, Paralso SC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeu Valle came free, but Cleiton Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Paralso SC got a freekick which was hit by Thomás da Costa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeu Valle in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleiton Cordeiro saved Paralso SC from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Pantax Esporte Clube's Dadá Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cleiton Cordeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Silva in the 92nd minute of play forced Paralso SC's goalkeeper Cleiton Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93rd play minutes Douglas Ortiz shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Renato Pitta and just under the crossbar into goal. Pantax Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
