A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that Váldson do Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emerson Ribeiro was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Emerson Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinga Pura FC. In the 59thth minute of the game Nelsinho Pombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinga Pura FC's Juan de Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Riozinho's Vítor Queirós made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan de Brito was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Váldson do Vale in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Ribeiro saved Riozinho from getting behind.
