AtalaiaFC's Cafu Teles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Marques in the 4th minute of play. Natã Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cafu Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Clemente Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cafu Teles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Reinaldo Ramalho had great luck who in the 19thth minute grab hold of the ball when Gerson Falcão from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Natã Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Teles having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson Falcão in the 26th minute of play forced Korff FC's goalkeeper Reinaldo Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cafu Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Clemente Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Teles having to interfere. With a little luck, Korff FC's Reinaldo Ramalho got control of the ball when Romário Vaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Natã Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Cafu Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerson Falcão made a kick off. The Korff FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaldo Ramalho should have stopped the shot. Cafu Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, AtalaiaFC's Sandrinho Sousa got a free kick in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Gerson Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot. AtalaiaFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerson Falcão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaldo Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the match, AtalaiaFC's Gerson Falcão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reinaldo Ramalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Marco Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Korff FC's protests and gave Marco Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AtalaiaFC booed when Korff FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerson Falcão in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reinaldo Ramalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reinaldo Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Vaz in the 81st minute of play. Cafu Teles was a little too slow when Clemente Marques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-2. Korff FC's Clemente Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th of the match, Clemente Marques tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Cafu Teles got in the way and made a wonderful save. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Cafu Teles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The AtalaiaFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Korff FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
