Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jerônimo Torres started the match with the kick off. Aluísio Amaral's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Simão Schmidt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jojoca SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! Simão Schmidt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Moreno's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Jojoca SS's Aluísio Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Boituva's Jerônimo Torres in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jojoca SS's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Fábio Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Boituva's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Moreno came free, but Simão Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jojoca SS's Bernardo Moreno in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boituva's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute, Aluísio Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the game, Gil Massa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boituva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jojoca SS the free kick. After 33 played minutes Boituva got a freekick which was hit by Gil Massa. Simão Schmidt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Bernardo Moreno struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Simão Schmidt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jojoca SS. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Simão Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aluísio Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aluísio Amaral in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simão Schmidt saved Boituva from getting behind. Simão Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Aluísio Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Cerezo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Boituva's Jerônimo Torres in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jojoca SS's goalie prevented a goal. Abel Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Fábio Mendes having to interfere. Simão Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Cerezo in the 87th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Moreno in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Schmidt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardo Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boituva's Simão Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Moreno in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Tiago Gabriel Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aluísio Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Schmidt having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Jojoca SS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
