After 38 played minutes Sauva AD got a freekick which was hit by Matías Mineiro. If Manoel Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aleksandr Tokarev to make the kick off. Betão Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Alex Escobar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Dalmo Linhares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dalmo Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Tokarev, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Aleksandr Tokarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
