When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Duarte Martins sped through TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlinhos Melo. If Benjamin Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Barbosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Narciso Messias having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amiran Jachvadze in the 13th minute of play forced Chervor SC's goalkeeper Narciso Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sydney Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Duarte Martins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlinhos Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Diamantino Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chervor SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amiran Jachvadze 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Chervor SC's Benjamin Vander got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Diamantino Barbosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Messias. Diamantino Barbosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Narciso Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amiran Jachvadze in the 32nd minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Amiran Jachvadze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amiran Jachvadze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Chervor SC's Narciso Messias got control of the ball when João Pedro Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's Diamantino Barbosa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Nico Fernandez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carlinhos Melo. TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 45th minute Adelino Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's Carlinhos Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Martins in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Vander to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Chervor SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói Marinho to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Vander charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Vander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amiran Jachvadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elói Marinho hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Amiran Jachvadze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Amiran Jachvadze managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI's supporters rose to their feet, but Amiran Jachvadze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adelino Leme struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Narciso Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI. Chervor SC's Narciso Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Barbosa in the 88th minute of play. Chervor SC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though TRICOLOR DO MORUMTRI had controlled the match.
