Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Aírton Furlan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Babosa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aírton Furlan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dário Sena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute Aírton Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aírton Furlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Leonel Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrelado EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Babosa FC the free kick. In the 12th minute, Leonel Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dário Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aírton Furlan in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Real Babosa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Pontes came free, but Davi Custódio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aírton Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raphael Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dário Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Aírton Furlan came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Real Babosa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aírton Furlan couldn't finish the play. If Aírton Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aírton Furlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonel Barros thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Dário Sena, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 1-0. Aírton Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dário Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aírton Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estrelado EC's attentive Nelson Pontes managed to snatch the ball when Percy de Moraes made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. Juvenal Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Real Babosa FC's Hortêncio Mandrak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dário Sena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Real Babosa FC's Aírton Furlan in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 72nd minute, Aírton Furlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hortêncio Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Sena having to interfere. Aírton Furlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dário Sena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Nelson Pontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrelado EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Babosa FC the free kick. A collision led to Estrelado EC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Nelson Pontes hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Gernando Jacinto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dário Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Real Babosa FC's Aírton Furlan got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aírton Furlan struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Dário Sena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Babosa FC. Real Babosa FC's Hortêncio Mandrak got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Estrelado EC's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Furlan came free, but Dário Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Aírton Furlan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dário Sena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Real Babosa FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
