Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Igor Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Cardozo in the 12th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Dário Schmidt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. José Maria Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Gilvan Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabainha's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilvan Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If José Maria Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Gilvan Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilvan Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Maria Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Igor Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilvan Cardozo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Neves saved Flamengo1895 from getting behind. Igor Neves came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabainha's Gilvan Cardozo. But to his dismay, Gilvan Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lauro Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dário Schmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Paulo Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gilvan Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Neves came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabainha's José Maria Neves. But to his dismay, José Maria Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilvan Cardozo made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Flamengo1895 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Paulista to maneuver through the defense. Gilvan Cardozo struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Igor Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabainha. Igor Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilvan Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. José Maria Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hamílton Schmidt's late challenge caught a Flamengo1895's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamílton Schmidt helped the player get up and apologised. Gilvan Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Dário Schmidt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tabainha's Lauro Schmidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gilvan Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tabainha's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
