Leonel Pires didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Quieto FC's Caco Pitta shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Caco Pitta took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Pires. Leonel Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Leonel Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Jânio Baiano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caco Pitta in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Pires prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Afonso Matos notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Jequie SS's Leonel Pires. Leonel Pires was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 28th match minute, Jequie SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Linhares to maneuver through the defense. If Caco Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute, Reynaldo Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Nogueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonel Pires. Jequie SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Quieto FC's Caco Pitta in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jequie SS's goalie prevented a goal. Evandro Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Pires having to interfere. Caco Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leonel Pires came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Quieto FC's Caco Pitta. But to his dismay, Caco Pitta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Leonel Pires made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Caco Pitta sent off a good shot on target. Marcelo Linhares hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 54 minutes, Caco Pitta made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Jequie SS's Leonel Pires tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Jequie SS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Caco Pitta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Evandro Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quieto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evandro Mangueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caco Pitta in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Pires prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Jequie SS's Régis Cavalcante seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Régis Cavalcante the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jequie SS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Régis Cavalcante had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 65th minute, one of Jequie SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jequie SS. The referee gave Quieto FC a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jacinto Nogueira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jequie SS's Leonel Pires. 0-6. Magno Campidelis hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evandro Mangueira got free with Leonel Pires in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hudson Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hudson Proença recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Quieto FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jacinto Nogueira hit a great ball. Caco Pitta didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-8 via right post in the game's 85th minute. Quieto FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With his leg Leonel Pires managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Quieto FC's Caco Pitta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jânio Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hudson Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Jequie SS's Leonel Pires got control of the ball when Caco Pitta tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Magno Campidelis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jequie SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quieto FC the free kick. Magno Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Quieto FC played a much better game than Jequie SS and deserved their victory. The Jequie SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
